A Photography tour to the Himalayan
region, along with an enthralling Himalayan Winter Trekking was
organized by the ICAT Design & Media College for the UG Photography
students. 27 students from Chennai and Bangalore campus participated in
the trekking event.......

On Police Day, the staff and students of the Media Department, ICAT Chennai visited Mr.
V. Balakrishnan IPS - Deputy Commissioner of Police’s Office in Mylapore. Housed in a
heritage building that is over 110 years old, the students interacted for about half-an-hour
with the police officials and thanked them for their invaluable service.......

A full-day workshop on ‘Broadcasting
& Sound Recording’ was conducted at ICAT - Bangalore, by Mr. G.V.
Somashekhar, Recording Engineer and Studio Consultant. The workshop was
conducted on 4 December, 2015, for the students of UG L5 VFX and
Animation, and PG VFX.........
