A workshop on ‘Glass Sculpting’ is
ongoing at the ICAT, Chennai campus. The two-day workshop is being
conducted by Mr. V. Srinivasa Raghavan from Dakshin Chitra Heritage
center to 20 students from various departments.
The core aim of the workshop is to teach the process of sculpting with melting glass. It is been planned to demonstrate how to create a duck, flower and so on, as glass melts on fire.
Students are sure to be excited in learning the beautiful art form.
