While the fascination towards digital games has taken a leap, so is
the Indian Gaming industry. All segments of the industry, ‘PC and
Digital’, ‘Mobile’ and ‘Console’, are experiencing a rapid growth. As
per the FICCI-KPMG Indian Media and Entertainment Industry Report 2013,
the gaming industry with a revenue of 15,000 crores in 2012 is expected
to grow to a 42,000 crore industry by 2017.
